Privacy Policy

FLOV is a savings and money-management product currently in pre-launch development. This page describes what flovr.app does with the information you give it today — which is short, because we're not collecting much yet.
When the product launches and FLOV begins handling banking and financial data, this policy will be updated to reflect that. You'll be notified of significant changes before they take effect.
What we collect
When you join our waitlist through the form on flovr.app, we collect:
- Your first name
- Your email address
That's it. We don't ask for, collect, or store anything else through this page. No location tracking, no analytics cookies, no behavioral profiling. The site loads in your browser, you fill in two fields, you receive emails. Nothing further happens behind the scenes.
How we use it
The first name and email you provide are used solely to:
- Send you updates about FLOV's development and launch
- Notify you when the product is available
- Occasionally share related news from the FLOV team
We don't send marketing on behalf of other companies. You won't receive unrelated promotions, sponsored emails, or partner communications.
Where it lives
The email service we use to manage our waitlist is Beehiiv (beehiiv.com). When you submit the form on flovr.app, your name and email are stored in our Beehiiv account. Beehiiv has its own privacy policy, which you can review at beehiiv.com/privacy.
Beehiiv is the only third party that handles your data for FLOV. We don't sell your information to anyone, share it with advertisers, or pass it to data brokers.
Cookies and tracking
flovr.app does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. The only cookies that may be present come from Beehiiv's submission flow and from Google Fonts (which loads our typography). Neither identifies you personally or follows you across the web.
Your rights
You can:
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of any email we send
- Request deletion of your information by emailing us at hello@flovr.app
- Update your information by clicking the unsubscribe footer link in an email, then choosing to update preferences
For users in California (CCPA), the European Union (GDPR), or other regions with data protection laws, the rights above generally satisfy core access, correction, and deletion requirements. We're a small operation; if you have specific questions about your data, just email us.
Minors
FLOV's waitlist is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you're a parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 has signed up, email hello@flovr.app and we'll remove the entry.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide. Your email and name are stored encrypted at rest by Beehiiv. We don't store any financial data, passwords, or sensitive identifiers — and won't, until the product launches with proper security infrastructure and lawyer-reviewed policies in place.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as FLOV evolves. The Effective date at the top reflects the most recent change. For significant changes — particularly when the FLOV product launches and begins handling financial data — we'll notify waitlist subscribers by email before the change takes effect.
