These terms cover your use of flovr.app — the FLOV waitlist signup page. They don't cover the FLOV app itself (which doesn't exist yet); separate terms will apply when the product launches.
By joining the FLOV waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't sign up.
Who we are
FLOV is a savings and money-management product currently in development. Throughout these terms, "FLOV," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the FLOV team. The legal entity behind FLOV is being formed; once registered, the legal entity name will be reflected here.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to join the FLOV waitlist. By joining, you represent that you are 13 or older. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to provide your information.
What the waitlist is
When you sign up at flovr.app, you're joining a list of people interested in being notified when FLOV launches. You'll receive occasional emails from us about the product's development and availability.
You will not automatically receive:
- Early access to the FLOV product when it launches
- Promotional pricing or discounts
- Any specific service, feature, or guarantee
We may at our discretion offer waitlist members early access, special pricing, or other benefits — but we don't promise anything specific in advance.
Acceptable use
When you sign up:
- Use your real first name and a real email address
- Don't sign up someone else without their permission
- Don't submit the form repeatedly or attempt to abuse it
We reserve the right to remove waitlist entries that appear fraudulent, abusive, or duplicative.
Intellectual property
The FLOV name, wordmark, design, copy, and visual identity on flovr.app are owned by us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use these elements for your own purposes without permission.
You're welcome to share the link to flovr.app freely. Linking is fine; copying our content is not.
"As is"
flovr.app and the waitlist service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the site will always be available, that the FLOV product will launch, or that any timing or features described in our communications will match the final product.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FLOV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of flovr.app or the waitlist service. Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you've paid us — which, while you're on the waitlist, is zero.
Termination
We may discontinue the waitlist, remove your entry, or modify the service at any time, for any reason. You may leave the waitlist anytime by unsubscribing from our emails or emailing us at hello@flovr.app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. The Effective date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes — particularly when the FLOV product launches — we'll notify waitlist subscribers by email before the change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
